We Live in a Vibrational Cloud

As you think, you become.

Our bodies are a complex of thoughts, actions, beliefs, chemicals, and electrical energy. We live in a big world with much that happens around us and through us.

It is our response, thoughts, and actions to what is happening in our environment that determines who we are and what happens to us.

Let me explain.

When something happens in our environment, we experience it through any of our five senses. The mind then affects our body through our cells, releasing a multitude of proteins in our bodies. We determine what it means and if we accept it or not in our minds.

Our cells and bodies create energy from each thought, action, or experience that happens to us. This energy sends a vibration into the environment that attracts more of the actions or experiences of the same vibration and the cycle starts all over.

Only it goes with intensity as our emotions enter.

We call this a “vibration cloud.”

Vibration Cloud

This is why “like attracts like” and “as you think you become.”

Your vibration cloud is all around you. It is always working and where your thoughts and attitude affects your health. In fact, it affects everything about you every single day.

The great news is that you can affect it in the way that you want your world to look like and what attitude you will have. For example, if you wake up and decide it is going to be a bad day, your experiences line up to prove you right. But if you say “It’s going to be a great day!”you look for things that will make it great.

Every smell you have, everything you feel, see, hear, or taste, influences your attitude, arranging your response to arrange for you to enjoy your experience.

No matter what you do during the day, at any time you are creating energy.

  • Ideas are energy.
  • Mp3 devices are energy. You experience energy in everything you hear.
  • Inventions are energy before they become structure.
  • Food is energy.
  • Magazines are energy
  • The books on your bookshelf are energy.
  • Television shows are energy.
  • Drinks are energy.
  • Your computer content is energy.
  • What you hang on your walls is energy.
  • Thoughts are energy.
  • Feelings are energy.

Everything is energy. You cannot get away from it. It affects everything you do your life.

So to make your day the way you want it, review your thoughts and create your environment. Your internal environment reinforces your external environment.

It begins within you! The world without will not change for you unless the world within changes.

What will you become today?

Welcome - It is All About Attitude

Victor Frankl once wrote, "Everything can be taken from a person but one thing: the last of human freedoms - to choose one's attitudes in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." Frankl was right. Attitude is a choice. You could be faced with a thousand problems, many or most over which you have absolutely no control. However, there is always one thing you are in complete and absolute control of and that is your own attitude. When you surrender control of your attitude to what appears to be a negative situation, you will react to that situation. More often than not, reacting is inappropriate. On the other hand, if you were to remain objective, you would respond to the situation appropriately, thereby creating a winning situation.

Attitude is the composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Your conscious mind controls feeling and ultimately dictates whether your feelings will be positive or negative by your choice of thoughts, then your body displays those choices through action and behavior.

Attitude is actually a creative cycle that begins with your choice of thoughts. You do choose your thoughts and that choice is where your attitude originates. As you internalize ideas or become emotionally involved with your thoughts, you create the second stage in forming an attitude; you move your entire being - mind and body - into a new "vibration." Your conscious awareness of this vibration is referred to as "feeling". Your feelings are then expressed in actions or behaviors that produce the various results in your life.

Positive results are always the effect of a positive attitude. Attitude and results are inseparable. They follow one another like night follows day. What I mean by that is: one is the cause, the other, the result. There is a term we use to distinguish this "cause and effect" relationship, it is called The Law of Cause and Effect. Simply stated, if you think in negative terms, you will get negative results; if you think in positive terms you will achieve positive results. Ralph Waldo Emerson reiterated that same point when he said, "A person is what they think about all day long." The results you achieve in life are nothing more than an expression of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Take a close look at your life and evaluate the results you are achieving in various areas. See if you are able to relate your attitude to your results.

Winning and losing are opposite sides of the same coin - and that coin is attitude. There are many things wrong in this world; unfortunately that is all some people are able to see. Those who view the world in this light are often unhappy and somewhat cynical. Usually, their life is one of lack and limitation and it almost appears as if they move from one bad experience to another. I know people who are like this and I'm certain you do as well. It would appear as if they were born with a streak of bad luck and it has followed them around their whole life. These individuals are quick to blame circumstances or other people for their problems, rather than accepting responsibility for their life and their attitude.

The “NO DRAMA” Club

School is back in session, workers are back from vacation, and families are getting back into their usual routines. Everything is in place including all the drama that goes along with students and adults.

Is it one of those days where all you hear is someone else’s whine, “Did you hear about what she did?” “Do you know how he made me feel when he said that?” “I can’t believe that they wore that with that outfit!”  "She/he stole my boyfriend/girlfriend!" “I got back at them for spreading that rumor about me!”

Drama, drama, drama! Some can’t get enough, some have had enough.

If you have had it with drama in your life or having people around that need to create drama, here is a great method to get rid of it all.

Whenever you are around a person who wants to create drama, write down one thing every day that you appreciate about that person and tell them what you appreciate about them.

Answer these three questions –

  • What do I value about the person causing the drama?
  • What are their interests, needs, and desires?
  • How can I be more generous toward them?

Regardless of whether or not they deserve it, and regardless of what you might get out of it yourself, write down your answers to the questions and then tell them.

You will be surprised how fast the drama disappears. It will be gone.

You see, people that you appreciate will respond in a positive manner and appreciate you.

When you help others to discover their purpose and passion, they will respond in a very different way toward you. There are two great days in a person’s life:

  • The day a person is born and
  • the day they discover why.

When you help a person do that, you will change their life and they will not want to be in the middle of drama either. Help them go on a bad habit diet and get rid of the “Whine” flu.

When you change the way you look at people, the people that you look at change!

When you are:

  • Welcoming – smile!  A smile will open the door to great relationships.
  • Understanding – listen! When you listen to someone it shows you care.
  • Comfortable - be friendly! You will meet their needs.
  • Appreciative – show gratitude! Be grateful for who they are and your relationship with them.

In other words, to get rid of the drama in your life:
